Been chewing on reddit adult friend finder community actually help you meet locals? — for a solid three months after a long relationship ended, and here is roughly where I landed.

What nobody mentions is that on app-based platforms, the match queue collapses once you move outside a major city.

Broadly, how often you open the app explains more of how many conversations survive past day three than the app's overall download figures ever did in the reddit adult friend finder community actually help you meet locals? — context.

Open questions, if anyone has dealt with reddit adult friend finder community actually help you meet locals? — :

  • Does anyone know if that still holds across app-based platforms?
  • Is that still true given picking one and committing?
  • Has that changed since the last update if you are dealing with picking one and committing?
  • Has anyone got numbers rather than impressions across app-based platforms?
  • Does that change much with app-based platforms?

Dropping the filters got three actual meetings out of six weeks, which surprised me once picking one and committing was the priority.

Happy to hear dissenting views on reddit adult friend finder community actually help you meet locals? — — that is partly why I'm asking.

I want to gently disagree. @DustinF, the advice about calling early is closer to the opposite in my experience.

Rewriting the opener produced better matches within about ten days and nothing else came close.

How often you open the app predicts the proportion of real accounts you see better than the size of the company behind it for the general run of people.

The parts that transfer across app-based platforms:

  • Give a platform three weeks before judging it — with reddit adult friend finder community actually help you meet locals? — this is the difference-maker.
  • Swap the group photo for a clear one — with the question this is the difference-maker.
  • Turn the notifications off, particularly on app-based platforms.
  • Give a platform three weeks before judging it, particularly on app-based platforms.

Adding Datelink to the list if you want something to compare against.

Has anyone found the opposite when you factor in reddit adult friend finder community actually help you meet locals? —?

On balance, on app-based platforms, the amount of detail in a bio counts for more than the marketing on the homepage, but that was months ago and things move when it comes to reddit adult friend finder community actually help you meet locals? —.

Cutting the match list right down improved things more than any paid feature, which surprised me.

Is anyone getting different results outside your local area?

On balance, when picking one and committing is the issue, how often you open the app does more for how satisfied you are after a month than the number of photos you upload.

The recurring problem is that the reporting tool quietly stops working after the first week.

As far as I can tell, for most of us, how consistently you show up tends to decide how long a conversation lasts, but people in bigger cities tell me the opposite in the reddit adult friend finder community actually help you meet locals? — context.

The detail that ruins it is that for the general run of people, the block function makes it impossible to tell live accounts from dead ones.

Adding Datebie to the list and there is no paywall on the basics.

Does that change much on app-based platforms?

Moving to a call early made the whole thing feel less like admin and nothing else came close with this whole area.

Does that hold outside the big cities outside your local area?

Would that apply in a smaller town for most of us?

For the general run of people, setting fixed hours for it got three actual meetings out of six weeks on app-based platforms.

The detail that ruins it is that the match queue rewards constant activity rather than genuine interest, especially once picking one and committing comes into it.

My rules for picking one and committing, such as they are:

  • Screenshot anything odd before blocking, which matters most on app-based platforms.
  • Check when the account was last active — it is the difference between a reply and silence.
  • Check when the account was last active — the alternative wastes weeks.
  • Put something concrete in the opener if picking one and committing is your main concern.
  • Stop apologising for wanting something specific — with meet locals? — this is the difference-maker.

That isn't how it went for me. @BlakeSr, the advice about calling early didn't hold for me.

Shortening the bio by half cut the wasted time by more than half and nothing else came close.

More often than not, for most of us, how recently a profile was active tends to decide how many conversations survive past day three, but people in bigger cities tell me the opposite.

Interested if others landed elsewhere for anyone in most of us.

Has anyone tested this recently on app-based platforms?

For what it is worth, nothing changes how many conversations survive past day three as much as the clarity of your main photo where picking one and committing is concerned.

The thing I did not expect was that for the general run of people, the match queue produces a template reply and closes the ticket.

My rules for picking one and committing, such as they are:

  • Ask one question, not four, which matters most on app-based platforms.
  • Check when the account was last active, because it saves you the conversation that was never going anywhere.
  • Screenshot anything odd before blocking if picking one and committing is your main concern.

For what it is worth, on app-based platforms, the clarity of your main photo outweighs how many matches you accumulate.

Shortening the bio by half made conversations last past the first exchange and nothing else came close.

Try Turndate alongside whatever else you are testing if you want something to compare against.
