Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Providing false age information is a breach of these terms and will result in removal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, threaten or impersonate others; post illegal content or non-consensual imagery; solicit money from other members; use automated tools to scrape or create accounts; or post content sexualising a minor. The last of these results in immediate removal and referral to the relevant authorities.
Your content
You retain ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for having the right to post it.
Community contributions
Forum posts express the views of individual members, not DatingFly. We do not verify member claims about third-party platforms and you should not treat them as professional advice.
Third-party services
We do not control external platforms linked from this site and are not responsible for their content, pricing, security or conduct. Read their terms before signing up.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms. Where the breach involves risk to another person, we act without prior notice.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, or that other members are who they claim to be. Meeting people you have met online carries risk and you are responsible for your own safety decisions. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited.

Nothing here removes rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your country.
