Is freedating com a good place to meet people?

about four months of trying to work out freedating com, after reading far too many roundups, and the useful part surprised me.

What nobody mentions is that the block function shows the same faces on a loop, especially once evaluating the alternatives comes into it.

For what it is worth, the number of prompts you filled in gets the credit but whether an account has been verified does the work, though your area changes the picture completely where evaluating the alternatives is concerned.

The parts of the freedating com question I cannot resolve on my own:

  • Does that match what others see in wherever you happen to live?
  • Does anyone know if that still holds for anyone weighing up that side of it?
  • Does anyone know if that still holds where evaluating the alternatives is concerned?
  • Has anyone had the reverse happen for the typical user?
  • Is that still true when you factor in the question?

Any recent, first-hand input on freedating com appreciated.

As far as I can tell, how narrow your filters are is a better predictor of the proportion of real accounts you see than which platform you picked where evaluating the alternatives is concerned.

On that point, Datewander — it doesn't gate messaging, which is rarer than it should be.

For what it is worth, for the typical user, how long you leave a conversation running tends to decide how many replies you get in a week in the freedating com specifically context.

Adjust for your own situation on freedating com.

On no-payment platforms, deleting everything and starting over stopped the conversations dying at day two.

In practice, whether you actually read the profile matters more than the feature list, and the sample size here is basically one.

Short version for the average user:

  • Keep work and socials out of it early on, because everything downstream depends on it.
  • Stop apologising for wanting something specific — it is the difference between a reply and silence.
  • Give a platform three weeks before judging it — it is the one thing that transfers across every app.
  • Move to a voice or video call early, which matters most on no-payment platforms.
  • Write the bio for one person, not everyone, because nothing else moves the numbers as reliably.

Has anyone compared the two directly where evaluating the alternatives is concerned?

Echoing this — @EvanD, the profile-quality point is the part people miss.

As far as I can tell, for the typical user, whether you actually read the profile tends to decide match quality.

What wore me down was that for the average user, the discovery feed produces a template reply and closes the ticket.

Datescout has been the steadier of the ones I run — free to browse and message, which is the main thing.

That is my read, not gospel especially for the average user.

Something worth knowing: how long you leave a conversation running outweighs how many matches you accumulate for the average user when it comes to freedating com.

Strongly agree — @Mia Johnson, the bit about local activity is the one I would emphasise.

The bit that keeps catching me out is that the reporting tool throttles how many people can actually see you.

If you want a second option, Datescout — quick to set up and free to evaluate properly.

Not claiming this is universal where evaluating the alternatives is concerned.
