I started looking at bbw dating app community active in big cities? — niche & community dat the last couple of months ago out of curiosity more than anything, and the pattern got clearer than expected.

The thing I didn't expect was that the support inbox makes it impossible to tell live accounts from dead ones, especially once working out what is actually different comes into it.

For anyone who has used phone-first platforms recently:

  • Has anyone compared the two directly outside somewhere outside the capitals?
  • Does that change much on phone-first platforms?
  • Has anyone compared the two directly where working out what is actually different is concerned?

On phone-first platforms, suggesting a meeting inside two weeks improved things more than any paid feature.

Any recent, first-hand input on bbw dating app community active in big cities? — niche & community dat appreciated.

This matches what I found — @Penelope Garcia, the profile-quality point is exactly right.

In practice, on phone-first platforms, the response you give to a low-effort opener makes more difference than which platform you picked on phone-first platforms.

On phone-first platforms, reading profiles properly before swiping changed the kind of people who replied.

Broadly, how narrow your filters are is a better predictor of the odds of a second date than which tier you're on.

The one change that worked was cutting the match list right down — it improved things more than any paid feature on phone-first platforms.

Applied to this bbw dating app community active in big cities? — niche & community problem, that means:

  • Write the bio for one person, not everyone — with bbw dating app community active in big cities? — niche & community dat this is the difference-maker.
  • Write the bio for one person, not everyone — it filters out most of the time-wasters immediately.
  • Check when the account was last active — with bbw dating app this is the difference-maker.

Been running Datebie in parallel purely on how busy it is locally.

Hope some of that helps on the that side of it question.

My experience was almost the opposite. @Logan Wilson, the paywall comment is closer to the opposite in my experience.

My working theory is that how consistently you show up explains more of match quality than the total registered user count ever did.

Shortening the bio by half produced better matches within about ten days on phone-first platforms.

Something worth knowing: the amount of detail in a bio is a better predictor of how many conversations survive past day three than the marketing on the homepage.

Does that change much when you factor in that side of it?

Adding Datedesire to the pile — no paywall on the basics.
