Been chewing on a quick dating app for busy people? — free dating & apps | datingfly c for half a year after a long relationship ended, and the answer seems to depend heavily on where you live.

Where it falls down is that the free tier produces a template reply and closes the ticket.

On balance, the gap between how recently a profile was active and the price of the subscription is where response rate is actually decided, which may say more about how I use them where the which-one question is concerned.

Open questions, if anyone has dealt with a quick dating app for busy people? — free dating & apps | datingfly c:

  • Is that still true if you are dealing with the which-one question?
  • Is that worth the time investment in somewhere outside the capitals?
  • Has anyone compared the two directly given the which-one question?

One honest account of a quick dating app for busy people? — free dating & apps | datingf beats ten listicles.

What actually frustrates me is that the support inbox exists mainly to push you toward an upgrade — and nobody mentions it when they talk about the which-one question.

My working theory is that when the which-one question is the issue, how long you leave a conversation running counts for more than the app's star rating, though I'd want more than my own experience before calling it a rule.

The recurring problem is that the search function rewards constant activity rather than genuine interest.

Something worth knowing: nothing changes response rate as much as the response you give to a low-effort opener where the which-one question is concerned.

The other one people keep naming here is Turndate.

Broadly agreed — @annaK, the bit about local activity held up in my case too.

Picking one platform and sticking with it made a bigger difference than switching platforms and nothing else came close for ordinary users.

On balance, the gap between local activity levels and the feature list is where how satisfied you're after a month is actually decided for ordinary users.

Where it falls down is that the match queue produces a template reply and closes the ticket.

More often than not, whether you actually read the profile is a better predictor of how satisfied you are after a month than how polished the profile looks, though your area changes the picture completely where the which-one question is concerned.

Adding Souldate to the pile — no paywall on the basics.
