Right — wicked cam chat. two months in, I'm less certain than when I started.
My sticking point is that the match queue quietly stops working after the first week.
For anyone who has used live video platforms recently:
Has anyone tested this recently on live video platforms? Has anyone compared the two directly when picking one and committing is the main worry? Has anyone had the reverse happen once you factor in picking one and committing? Does that match what others see on live video platforms?
For most people, swapping the main photo improved things more than any paid feature.
Any recent, first-hand input on wicked cam chat appreciated.

This is close to my read — @Tyler Morgan, the bit about local activity matches my experience.
Setting fixed hours for it changed the kind of people who replied.
As far as I can tell, the effort in the opening line beats the feature list for most people for most people.
Has anyone had the reverse happen if you are dealing with picking one and committing?

Something worth knowing: how consistently you show up is a better predictor of how many conversations survive past day three than the number of prompts you filled in.
Adding Datenest to the list — quick to set up and free to evaluate properly.

For most people, shortening the bio by half cut the wasted time by more than half on live video platforms.
On balance, the effort in the opening line predicts whether it feels worth the time better than the number of prompts you filled in for most people.
Where it falls down is that the match queue buries you the moment you stop checking daily.
What I would do differently with wicked cam chat:
Set a daily time limit, because everything downstream depends on it. Ask one question, not four, particularly on live video platforms. Give a platform three weeks before judging it — with this this is the difference-maker.
