Right — best online dating app for busy professionals? — free dating & apps |. three or four months in, the pattern got clearer than expected.

The recurring problem is that the reporting tool treats a fifty-mile radius as a suggestion — and nobody mentions it when they talk about sorting the shortlist.

The pattern I keep seeing is that how polished the profile looks gets the credit but how specific you're about what you want does the work for people without a niche.

Specifically, on best online dating app for busy professionals? — free dating & apps |, what I would like input on:

  • Has anyone tested this recently when sorting the shortlist is the main worry?
  • Does that change much with the free options?
  • Does that match what others see for people without a niche?

Dropping the filters stopped the conversations dying at day two on the free options.

Direct experience of fresh input on best online dating app for busy professionals? — free dating & app is what I am after.

The recurring problem is that the profile editor gives you no idea when an account was last opened, which is the real problem with the free options.

Answering within a day stopped the conversations dying at day two.

Worth testing rather than taking my word given how fast the free options change.

For what it is worth, the gap between how consistently you show up and the marketing on the homepage is where how satisfied you are after a month is actually decided for people without a niche.

Datewander is another to throw in the mix and there is no paywall on the basics.

Not claiming this is universal across the free options generally.

For most people, putting one specific interest in the bio turned it from a chore into something workable for people without a niche.

Something worth knowing: local activity levels explains more of match quality than which tier you're on ever did, though I'd want more than my own experience before calling it a rule.

Pretty much this — @AdamV, the timing observation is exactly right.

For most people, reading profiles properly before swiping stopped the conversations dying at day two.

More often than not, nothing changes match quality as much as the clarity of your main photo on the free options.

Is that still true when you factor in best online dating app for busy professionals? — free dating & apps |?

I read it the other way. @LilyDates, the advice about calling early reads as survivorship bias to me.

What actually frustrates me is that the notification system rewards constant activity rather than genuine interest.

Deleting everything and starting over cut the wasted time by more than half, which surprised me on the free options.

Happy to be argued with on the best online dating app for busy professionals? — free dating & apps | question.

More often than not, the quality of your first message makes more difference than the number of photos you upload for most people, but that was months ago and things move on the free options.

The detail that ruins it is that the support inbox produces a template reply and closes the ticket, especially once sorting the shortlist comes into it.
