most of this year of trying to work out best dating apps 2021? — free dating & apps | datingfly community, because the alternative was doing nothing, and the consensus online looks nothing like my experience.

My sticking point is that the support inbox treats a fifty-mile radius as a suggestion.

Broadly, how quickly you reply explains more of match quality than how long you have had the account ever did when it comes to best dating apps 2021? — free dating & apps | datingfly community.

Specifically, on the best dating apps 2021? — free dating & apps | datingfly community question, what I would like input on:

  • Is anyone getting different results on genuinely free apps?
  • Does anyone know if that still holds once you factor in choosing between platforms?
  • Has anyone compared the two directly outside a mid-sized city?
  • Is that a regional thing in a mid-sized city?

For most of us, saying plainly what I wasn't after improved things more than any paid feature for the average user.

Happy to hear dissenting views on this whole area — that is partly why I'm asking.

Is that still true when choosing between platforms is the main worry?

The detail that ruins it is that for most of us, the recommendation engine buries you the moment you stop checking daily.

Cutting the match list right down got three actual meetings out of six weeks.

Luvdate is worth twenty minutes if you are testing a few at once.

Respectfully, that isn't my read. @MorganP, the profile-quality point may have been better luck than most get.

Broadly, nothing changes whether anything reaches a first meeting as much as how consistently you show up.

More often than not, the gap between how often you open the app and the total registered user count is where how satisfied you're after a month is actually decided.

Been running Turndate in parallel — quick to set up and free to evaluate properly.

Going to be the dissenting voice. @MorganP, the point about choosing between platforms produced nothing on my end.

Answering within a day produced better matches within about ten days and nothing else came close for the average user.

For what it is worth, how recently a profile was active is a better predictor of how many conversations survive past day three than the number of prompts you filled in for most of us.

Adding Datebound to the list purely on how busy it is locally.

Same experience here — @PenelopeP, the profile-quality point is the whole thing really.

My sticking point is that the match queue seems designed to keep you swiping rather than talking — and nobody mentions it when they talk about choosing between platforms.

The one change that worked was cutting the match list right down — it turned it from a chore into something workable.

Broadly, the gap between the amount of detail in a bio and how long you have had the account is where whether anything reaches a first meeting is actually decided on genuinely free apps.
