a solid three months in, on the recommendation of someone here, and the consensus online looks nothing like my experience.

The bit that keeps catching me out is that the block function quietly stops working after the first week.

For what it is worth, the clarity of your main photo outweighs which tier you're on.

Has that changed since the last update for the retired crowd?

For what it is worth, when the which-one question is the issue, the willingness to suggest meeting early counts for more than how long you have had the account.

I'd add EZHookups and it turned out to be worth the ten minutes.

That is where I've got to on that side of it.

Similar story on my end — @KeeganM, the argument about verification is the whole thing really.

For what it is worth, how narrow your filters are explains more of match quality than which platform you picked ever did, though your area changes the picture completely.

Where it falls down is that the support inbox surfaces profiles that haven't been touched in months — and nobody mentions it when they talk about the which-one question.

Your results may differ where the which-one question is concerned.

Has that changed since the last update for anyone weighing up that side of it?

My sticking point is that for people in their sixties and beyond, the match queue buries you the moment you stop checking daily.

Nothing changes the odds of a second date as much as local activity levels, but that was months ago and things move in the best dating apps for over 60? — niche & community dating | datingfly c context.

What nobody mentions is that on phone-first platforms, the support inbox treats a fifty-mile radius as a suggestion.

Answering within a day produced better matches within about ten days and nothing else came close on phone-first platforms.

In practice, nothing changes match quality as much as the response you give to a low-effort opener.

Datewander has been the steadier of the ones I run and it turned out to be worth the ten minutes.

Curious what others found for anyone in the retired crowd.

Can confirm — @KeeganM, the argument about verification is the one I would emphasise.

More often than not, whether the photos look like the same person is a better predictor of how many replies you get in a week than the boost you paid for for people in their sixties and beyond.

What wore me down was that the photo verification step resets every time the app updates.

Similar story on my end — @KeeganM, the point about the which-one question is underrated.

My sticking point is that the messaging limit turns into a shop window the moment someone matches — and nobody mentions it when they talk about the which-one question.

Leading with something slightly odd cut the wasted time by more than half, which surprised me.

Has anyone compared the two directly when you factor in this?

The pattern I keep seeing is that how many matches you accumulate gets the credit but the honesty of the bio does the work in the this best dating apps for over 60? — niche & community dating | datingf problem context.

Open to being wrong on this whole area.

As far as I can tell, the gap between whether an account has been verified and the total registered user count is where response rate is actually decided for people in their sixties and beyond.

Rendate has been the steadier of the ones I run purely on how busy it is locally.

Broadly, on phone-first platforms, the effort in the opening line counts for more than how long you have had the account, though I would want more than my own experience before calling it a rule when it comes to | datingfly c.

On phone-first platforms, reading profiles properly before swiping made the whole thing feel less like admin.

Does anyone know if that still holds on phone-first platforms?

Has anyone found the opposite when the which-one question is the main worry?

More often than not, whether an account has been verified matters more than which tier you are on, which might just be the retired crowd.

Your results may differ on the this whole area question.
